Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Karyawan Non-Medis Rumah Sakit Prima Pekanbaru)
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational and environmental communication on employee job satisfaction (Case Study of Non-Medical Employees of the Prima Pekanbaru Hospital). Employee job satisfaction is one of the factors that makes the company's goals run in accordance with applicable regulations and norms. To increase job satisfaction, it must be investigated in advance what factors influence satisfaction.Where the independent variable in this study is Organizational Communication and Work Environment, and the dependent variable is Job Satisfaction.
The population in this study was non-medical employees of the Prima Pekanbaru Hospital with 76 samples taken, which were calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling method in this research is in the form of primary data and secondary data using questionnaires, interviews and documents in the company. Analysis of the data used is to use the help of the application SPSS ver 25 for windows.
This study concludes that the results of the t test show that organizational communication on employee job satisfaction is a significant influence on job satisfaction of non-medical employees at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. T test results indicate that the work environment on employee job satisfaction has a significant influence on job satisfaction of non-medical employees at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. The f test results show that organizational communication and the work environment simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on job satisfaction received.
