Penilaian Indeks Kinerja Sarana Dan Prasarana Daerah Irigasi Seberang Gunung

Irrigation water management from upstream to downstream requires adequate
facilities and infrastructure. The damage of the irrigation structures can affect the
performance of the existing system. This can result in decreased efficiency and
effectiveness of irrigation.. The performance of the irrigation system can affect the
availability of water needed by rice plants in rice fields in a single unit area. The
purpose of this study is to find out the procedures for assessment and information
on the technical conditions of the performance of the Seberang Gunung irrigation
area as well as operations and maintenance which consist of routine, special and
periodic maintenance. The performance evaluation of the irrigation system uses
several indicators such as: physical infrastructure, planting productivity,
supporting facilities, personnel organizations, documentation and Water User
Farmers Association (P3A). The results showed that the total assessment of
Seberang Gunung irrigation performance was 65%. The performance category of
Seberang gunung irrigation performance is is lacking and needs attention based
on PU Ministerial Regulation No.12 / PRT / M / 2015.
