Persepsi Warga Belajar Paket C Terhadap Upaya Tutor Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Di Pkbm Insan Cendekia Kelurahan Sialang Mungu Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the perception of citizens learned tutor Package C to efforts in improving the motivation to learn at PKBM Insan Cendekia Sub-District of Sialang Mungu Tampan District Pekanbaru City. The formulation of the problem in this study is the perception of citizens learning Package C against tutor efforts in improving the motivation to learn at PKBM Insan Cendekia Sub-District of Sialang Mungu Tampan District Pekanbaru City is classified as good?. This study has two indicators:(1) an effort to move motivation (2) efforts to provide intensive. The population in this study were 40 learners. The sample in this study using techniquessaturated sampling, The sample in this study was taken from across the total population of 40 respondents with 20 respondents to trial. Data collection techniques in this study is the technique of questionnaires, statements of the 65 items tested, found 16 items declaration invalid and 49 were valid. Researchers discard invalid statement because it did not interfere with other statements. Based on the survey results revealed that the perception of citizens learning Package C against tutor efforts in improving the motivation to learn at PKBM Insan Cendekia Sub-District of Sialang Mungu Tampan District Pekanbaru City is in excellent condition with an average percentage of 2 indicators in this study as much as 82.90%.
