Implikatur Dalam Novel Cahaya Di Atas Cahaya Karya Oki Setiana Dewi

This research is titled Implications in the Novel Light on the Light by Oki Setiana Dewi. This study aims to determine what are the forms of conversational implicature and markers in conversational implicature. This research is a type of qualitative research and uses descriptive qualitative methods. The techniques used in data collection in this study are documentation and note taking techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed with several stages, namely the activity of reading repeatedly and carefully in the data, identifying the data and describing the data, and summarizing the results of the study. The data of this study were sourced from the novel Cahaya di Atas Cahaya by Oki Setiana Dewi. From the research that has been done, the researchers found 44 conversational implicature data. After the data in the analysis there is the amount of data sharing, namely, 30 general data conversation implicators, 2 data scale conversation implicators, 12 data conversation specific implications. So, the most data is the general conversational implicature data. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the conversational implicature in the novel Cahaya di Atas by Oki Setiana Dewi is a general conversation implicator.
