Kreativitas Penutur Dalam Tradisi Lisan Baghandu Kabupaten Kampar

This study is entitled The Creativity of Speakers in the Oral Traditions of the Baghandu District of Kampar which aims to find out how the creativity of speakers in the oral tradition. This research is a type of qualitative research and uses descriptive methods with the theory of expressionvism. Researchers compared the lyrics of the Baghandu manuscript with the script sung by the two speakers. Based on the analysis of the data that has been done, there are 3 aspects of creativity done by the speaker, namely changing the language, adding lyrics (inserting sounds), and reducing words in the lyrics. There are in 34 stanzas for language conversion by the first speaker, and 35 stanzas by the second speaker. Addition of lyrics in 35 verses by both speakers, and reduction of words in lyrics by 7 verses by both speakers. Of the 3 forms of creativity is influenced by the expressive factor of the speaker, and the needs of the audience(listener).
