Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Matematika Berbasis Komputer Pada Materi Kesebangunan Dan Kekongruenan Untuk Siswa Smp/Mts Kelas Ix
This research aimed to develop computer-based learning media on similarity and congruence topic for 9th students. This research and development use R&D model by Borg and Gall modified by Sugiyono. Development is done through the following steps: (1) potentials and problems; (2) data collection; (3) design media: (4) validation; (5) revision; (6) small group trying out; (7) revision; (8) field trying out; and (9) revision. At the stage of potentials and problems, researcher created a needs analysis of the results of observation in the school and interviews with Mathematics teachers. Based on the needs analysis, learning media developed for four meetings. Researcher prepared everything that will be required among the creation of the media, drew a-storyboard which presented the contents of the display, and realized it into computer based on the storyboard that has been design. Learning media is validated by three experts or validators and further revised based on the input from validators. The revised learning media is tested on the small group and the field in SMP N 4 Mandau. From the field trying out results, the learning device improved again. The research instrument used is validation sheet to assess the validity requirement of learning media and practicality instrument which is in the form of questionnaire of student response toward learning media implementation. Based on the data analysis, the-result showed that computer-based mathematic learning media design on similarity and congruence topic belong to the category of very-valid with an-average value is 3.30 and also could be used very well as learning media for 9th grade-students.
