Hubungan Efikasi Diri Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Guru Honor Paud Se-Kecamatan Kuala Kampar Kabupaten Pelalawan

This study aims to find out the correlation of self-efficacy with job satisfaction of PAUD honorarium teachers in Kuala Kampar District, Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study were all PAUD teachers in the Kuala Kampar sub-district of Pelalawan Regency with a total of 50 people. The method used was Pearson Product Moment correlation. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using scale testing and statistical method analysis with the SPSS program Ver. 22. Based on the results of the hypothesis test obtained there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction of PAUD honorarium teachers in Kuala Kampar District, Pelalawan Regency. This can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.361 and a significance level of 0.050
