Hubungan Konsep Diri Dengan Kecerdasan Interpersonal Guru Tk Se-Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru
This research is motivated by the low interpersonal intelligence of kindergarten teachers in Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City, which is related to the self-concept of kindergarten teachers, where there are teachers who find it difficult to feel and understand other people's changes, lack of concern for teachers towards other teachers who have a disaster , difficulty in interacting, lack of good communication that causes a less harmonious work atmosphere, lack of openness of teachers in informing the results of their learning and teaching innovations. This study aims to determine the relationship of self-concept with interpersonal intelligence of kindergarten teachers in the Senapelan District of Pekanbaru City. This type of research is quantitative research using a correlation research approach. The population of this study is the kindergarten teachers in Senapelan District of Pekanbaru, which numbered 80 kindergarten teachers, the sample of this study were 60 kindergarten teachers taken using the saturation sampling formula. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Pearson Product Moment correlation using SPSS Ver. 22. Based on the results of the hypothesis test obtained there is a positive and significant relationship between self-concept and interpersonal intelligence of kindergarten teachers in Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient value of rxy = 0.391 and the significance level of 0.002
