Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Emosional Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Melalui Metode Proyek Dekorasi Di Paud Delima Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak
This research tries: 1) To study the decoration method can improve the intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Delima, Kandis District, Siak Regency. 2) To learn how to improve the intelligence of children aged 5-6 years through the decoration project method in PAUD Delima, Kandis District, Siak Regency. 3) To find out the increase in intelligence of children aged 5-6 years after the method of decorating projects in PAUD Delima, Kandis District, Siak Regency. This type of research is classroom action research. The data in this study were primary data that is data obtained from direct observation of the behavior of children during the activity, while the instruments used are 1) Child ability data, 2) Teacher activity data, 3) Child activity data. The research subjects were children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Delima, Kandis Subdistrict, Siak Regency which consisted of 18 children, consisting of 8 boys and 10 girls. Based on the results of the study note that 1) The decoration research method increases the intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Delima, Kandis District, Siak Regency. 2) Emotional intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Delima, Kandis Subdistrict, Siak Regency before using the criterion decoration project method begins to develop (MB). After using the decoration project method in cycle I and II in general, children's emotional intelligence has developed very well (BSB). 3) In testing the hypothesis can be seen Improvements obtained from each cycle. Where the increase in emotional intelligence obtained from previous preparations increased motivation by 51.95%. While the increase in emotional intelligence from cycle I to cycle II was 30.71%, and the increase in emotional intelligence from the initial data to cycle II was 98.62%.
