Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berhitung Permulaan Melalui Kegiatan Tebak Kartu Angka Pada Anak Usia 4–5 Tahun Di Paud Nurhikmah Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
Abstract: Prior to conducting classroom action research, background, problem formulation and research objectives need to be done in order to occur synchronization between the problem and research objectives. Because the purpose of the research is to solve the problem then if the problem formulation reads: "How can the application of numerical card guess activities improve the ability to start counting at 4-5 years old in PAUD Nur Hikmah Tembilahan Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency", then the appropriate objective is "To find out how to implement the activity of guessing card number can improve the ability of arithmetic beginning at children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Nur Hikmah Tembilahan District Indragiri Hilir". Once clear the problem and purpose of the research then followed by determining the indicator of the implementation of the activity of the numerical card guess can improve the ability to start counting and the sequence of activities in accordance with the grid of the ability to count the beginning that has been designed previously. The sequence of activities that researchers pour in the Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH), through the instrument of data collection that is in the form of activity activity start ability activity sheet, activity activity sheet of teacher and activity activity sheet of child. From the results of reflection in the form of evaluation of the implementation of learning, the researchers carry out follow-up actions to improve the deficiencies that occur in the implementation of learning in accordance with the planned action until the researchers feel satisfied that the actions that have been implemented have fulfilled the success and can improve the ability to start counting through the activity of guess cards Number in children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Nur Hikmah Tembilahan District Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study was conducted in 2 cycles and each cycle three meetings. Data collection of this research was conducted in April of 2017. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively between cycles, while the analysis of the mastery of the ability to begin counting through the activity of card number scoring on the child is done quantitatively. The amount of Increasing the ability to start counting through the activity of guessing card number in children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Nur Hikmah Tembilahan District Indragiri Hilir obtained results before cycle I to cycle I of 44.53%, in the cycle I to cycle II of 37.27% , And before cycle to cycle II equal to 98,40
