Analisa kinerja campuran ac-bc dengan pemanfaatan kombinasi limbah abu serbuk kayu dan abu bata sebagai filler
Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course is located between the surface layer and the lower layer of the flexible pavement. Asphalt concrete is a mixture of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate and filler. Portland cement, lime ash and fly ash are filler that are often used in flexible pavement, but the filler is limited in number because they are non-renewable materials. In this research, an alternative filler replacement was used as filler, namely sawdust ash and brick powder which have chemical compounds that almost resemble to cement. The purpose of this research was to analyze the Marshall characteristics of the AC-BC mixture. This research was done by combining sawdust ash and brick powder with a ratio of 0:100, 3:97, 6:94. After got the optimum asphalt content for each filler combination ratio, Marshall test was done to obtain VIM, VMA, VFA, stability, flow, and Marshall Quotient values. Marshall characteristic test results of the three combinations have qualified the 2018 Bina Marga Specification. However, the highest stability was produced by the combination of 6% sawdust ash and 94% brick powder, which is 1.187,45 kg. The results indicate that the higher percentage of sawdust ash used, the higher stability value..
