Pembuatan Dan Perakitan Mesin Cnc Hybrid 3 Axis

ABSTRAK
CNC machines are machines that can be operated automatically. Generally, CNC machines can work in one machining process such as milling, turning, drilling and others. Therefore, to increase the productivity of CNC machines, a CNC machine can be made to carry out several processing processes so that it becomes a CNC hybrid. To make a hybrid CNC required standard mechanical components, one of which is the frame. In this case the frame is designed using autodesk inventor, then the frame is made by welding using ST 37 material. The finished frame is then assembled with other mechanical components such as stepper motors, shafts, belts and spindles. After testing, it can be seen that the hybrid CNC machine that has been made is able to work in accordance with the G-Code that has been programmed.
