Sistem Monitoring Detak Jantung Pasien Terintegrasi
ABSTRACT
This study developed a patient's heart rate monitoring system using two scenarios. The first scenario is how to build a heart rate monitoring system that integrates a website. The second scenario is how to evaluate LoRa performance in Line of Sight (LoS) and non-LoS conditions as seen from the Receive Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) value, Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR), communication distance and signal received based on the use of bandwidth parameters, spreading factors and coding rates which has been configured. In the condition of LoS, LoRa can receive packages up to a distance of 600 meters. However, to get a good form of ECG signal, the maximum range of the LoRa range is only 400 meters, while at a distance of 500 and 600 meters the ECG signal received is damaged. In non-LoS conditions, LoRa can receive packages up to a distance of 250 meters. However, to get a good form of ECG signal, the maximum range of the LoRa range is only 200 meters, while at a distance of 250 meters the ECG signal received is damaged. Heart rate signal retrieval was performed on four patients with a percentage of error in heart rate of 5.98% with signal intervals that were still in the normal category.
