Alih Wahana Novel Ke Dalam Film Assalamualaikum Calon Imam Karya Ima Madani (Kajian Intertekstual)

This research aims to describe the transfer of novel vehicles into the film Assalamualaikum Calon Imam by Ima Madani (Intertextual Studies). This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data in this research are written text in the novel and narrative text dialogue and pictures in the film. The data source is the first printed Assalamualaikum Calon Imam novel in November 2017 totaling 476 pages and the Assalamualaikum Calon Imam film directed by Findo Purwono HW in 2018 which lasted for 1 hour 31 minutes 54 seconds. This research is focused on the process of transferring a vehicle of shrinkage, varied changes and additions to the novel to the film Assalamualaikum Calon Imam. To obtain information and research data writing using documentation techniques in the form of refer and record. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a process of transferring a novel vehicle into the film, namely the process of transfer of a shrinking vehicle, varied changes and additions contained in the plot, setting and figures totaling 230 data. From this research it can be seen that the film adapted from a novel undergoes a process of vehicle transfer caused by the limited duration of the screening of the film which runs out once and is adjusted to the cost of film production.
