Sistem Notifikasi Optimalisasi Penyaluran Bantuan Bencana Alam Menggunakan Metode Sudut Barat Laut Berbasis Web
Natural disaster distribution activities still often occur constraints such as late notification and requests made by the recipient partners do not match the supply owned by the partners of the aid provider, this causes the need for a web-based system that can provide notifications in the form of short messages to the aid provider partners and make precise calculations to find out the amount of assistance that must be given to the recipient partners based on existing supply and demand data. This system uses the PHP programming language as a server side and Gateway API to send notifications as well as the northwest corner method to optimize the distribution of aid. The northwest corner method is a mathematical approach based on linear programming. The calculation in the northwest corner method begins with the step of forming the table, then identifies the unit to be evaluated, the input needed and the output produced by the unit. The results showed that with the notification system for optimizing the distribution of natural disaster relief using the northwestern corner method, it can send a notification in the form of a short message to the partners providing assistance that contains the amount of assistance that must be provided from the source city to the destination city based on optimal supply and demand data.
