Gambaran Batu Buli Pada Anak Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode Januari 2013 – Desember 2019
Urolithiasis is one of the most common diseases in urology, even in recent years the incidence of urolithiasis had increased especially in children. One of the common locations encountered in bladder. The aim of this study was to determine the profile of pediatric bladder stone patients in Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital of Riau Province in January 2013 to Desember 2019. This was a descriptive study located in Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital of Riau Province with a total sample of 10 subjects. The study results showed that pediatric bladder stone most occurred within the 16 – 18 age groups (40%), and therefore the majority happened in male (90%). Most of the clinical manifestations in patients were dysuria (80%). Urine crystals were found in 7 (70%) cases and most patients still presented with normal kidney’s function (90%). BNO-IVP was the most common used as the radiologic imaging (90%). The sizes of pediatric bladder stone were varied, however most found within the range of 20 - 40 millimeter (40%). The most common treatment was vesicolithotomy in 7 (70%) cases. The study results showed that there were 10 cases of pediatric bladder stone in Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital of Riau Province in January 2013 to Desember 2019 with a varied characteristic.
