Pengaruh Variasi Panjang Gelombang (Λ), Intensitas (I0) Dan Waktu Paparan (T) Dari Cahaya Artificial Led Terhadap Vitalitas Alga Chlorella Kessleri Dalam Menghasilkan Oksigen Terlarut (Po2)
The measurement of dissolved oxygen level of Chlorella Kessleri algae using biosensor module integrated with Biochip-C has been done.In this study the effect of artificial light LED on the vitality of algae in production oxygen from phoyosynthesis with variations wavelength (λ), intensity (I0), and irradiation time (t) has ben examined. The result explained that the red wavelength of light with a value 650 nm is absorbed more by algae than that of blue light with a value of 480 nm and a green wavelength with a value of 565 nm. The higher the intensity of a light source, the higher the level of vitality of an algae. The vitality of algae when illuminated by 5 LED is higher than that of 4 LED, 3 LED, 2 LED and 1 LED. The longer of the time irradiation, the longer of photosynthesis occur.
Keywords: algae, Biosensor, Biochip-C, photosynthesis, dissolved oxygen, artificial light, wavelength, intensity, irradiation time.
