Penumbuhan Dan Karakterisasi Sifat Fisis Nanomaterial Zink Oksida Yang Didoping Ruthenium

Ru doped ZnO nanomaterials have successfully synthesized using seed mediated hydrothermal method on the FTO surface. This study focused on Ru doping effect on physical properties of ZnO nanomaterials. Sample characterization methods were performed by using UV-Vis Spectroscopy, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), Energy Disperssive X rays (EDX) and X Rays Diffraction (XRD). The spectra showed strong absorption of samples occured in the range of wavelenghts 300-400 nm. ZnO nanomaterial with 2 mM Ru doping has been the highest intensity of absorption. Increasing consentration of Ru decreased energy gaps of ZnO nanomaterials. The morphology of ZnO nanomaterials were showed in the FESEM pictures which have hexagonal shape of ZnO surfaces. EDX characterization of 2 mM Ru doped ZnO nanomaterials showed weight percentages of Zn element was 84.1%, O element 15%, and Ru element 0.9%. Atomic percentages of Zn element was 57.6%, O element 42%, and Ru element 0.4%. The diffraction patterns of samples characterization showed peaks at angles of 2: 31.77; 34.422; 36.253; 47.539 and 56.603 with the strongest line at 34.422. These diffraction patterns of samples represented crystal orientations (100), (002), (101), (102) and (110). Increasing consentration of Ru shifted the maximum diffraction peaks toward to the lower angles of 2.
