Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Karyawan Bagian It (Information Technology) Pt. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Di Rumbai Pekanbaru
This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture
and career development on job satisfaction and employee performance. In this study the
population was all employees of the IT (Information Technology) section of PT. Chevron Pacific
Indonesia numbered 147 people, using Path Analysis. In this study the sampling method using
census method or saturated sample. Namely the entire population is sampled.
The results in this study that organizational culture and career development affect job
satisfaction. organizational culture, career development and job satisfaction influence employee
performance. Organizational culture and career development affect employee performance
through job satisfaction.
