Gambaran Pasien Kanker Paru Yang Disertai Dengan Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (Ppok) Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2013-2018

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease enhance the risk of lung cancer. A study stated that the prevalence of COPD patients on lung cancer is 2,79%. The patients of COPD that become lung cancer cases often found at the last stage of cancer and the patient that have smoked. This study was aimed to investigate the COPD patients at RSUD Arifin Achmad in Riau province in range year 2013-2018. The design used in this research was descriptive method with retrospective approach. The sample of the research was the medical record of the lung cancer patients who have COPD in RSUD Arifin Achmad in Riau province year 2013-2018. The data was analyzed used univariate test. The results of this research from 54 patients who have found have COPD are, the majority gender was male with 52 patients (96,3%), the patients ≥40 years old was 53 people (98,1%), the patients who have quit smoking are 26 people (96,3%), non-small cell carcinoma is 33 people (100%), the act of bronchial washing is 16 people (33,3%) and most found in stadium IV which is 27 people (81,8%). The conclusion of this research is the patients who have lung cancer with COPD have the smoking track record and ≥40 years old.
