Pengaruh Pengikatan Amin Dan Tiol Terhadap Formasi Gold Nanobipyramids (GNBPS) Menggunakan Metode Seed Mediated Growth
The aim of these studies is to determine the influence of Amine and Thiol linker on formation of gold nanobipyrmaids (GNBPs). Synthesis of GNBPs was carried out using seed mediated growth method, with precursor gold (III) chloride trihydrate and surfactant CTAB and assisted by AgNO3 as shape regulator agent. Functionalization of GNBPs was carried out by adding 1 ml Amine and Thiol into GNBPs solution and the solution was stirred using magnetic stirrer at 500 rpm for at least 60 hours. FESEM photograph showed that functionalization GNBPs increase structure size, and forming tailored structure on GNBPs which is due to effect of hydrogen bond. The result of EDX showed the content of element N is good bonding on surface of GNBPs with mass percentages of 3,26%. The diffraction pattern of X-ray showed there is no changes of crystal structure on functionalization GNBPs. Raman spectroscopy showed the spectrum bonding of N-H on 3296,862 cm-1 and spectrum bonding of S-H on 2670,121 cm-1. On Raman spectrum shift 769,118 cm-1 and 2643,097 cm-1 showing the replacement on CTAB better on Amine. UV-Vis absorbance spectrum showed same shifted of wavelength on both functionlization GNBPs, and significant intensity decrease on GNBPs Thiol.
