Status Vitamin D Pada Pasien Lupus Eritematosus Sistemik Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode Agustus 2018 – Juli 2019
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a complex autoimmune disease, that may attack many organ systems. Course of the disease is chronic and recurrent. Over the past forty years the number of SLE cases has tripled. One of the factors could affect SLE is Vitamin D. This research was conducted to analyze status of Vitamin D in SLE patients in the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Arifin Achmad Riau Province in the period of August 2018-July 2019. It was a retrospective study that obtained secondary data from medical record. The results obtained showed that SLE was more common in female (93.6%) with most age group found was the productive ages (15-64 years) by 91.2%. The most common tribe was Melayu (13.6%). All SLE patients had low Vitamin D status with average 14,659 ng/mL, 84.6% and 15.4% being cathegorized into insufficiency and deficiency, respectively. The most common clinical manifestations in insufficiency patients was musculoskeletal manifestations (arthritis) of 63.6%. The most common clinical manifestations in deficiency patients was musculoskeletal, renal (proteinuria), and imun system (ANA profile or ANA test positive) of 100% respectively. This study concludes that Vitamin D status of SLE patients in RSUD Arifin Achmad is below normal.
