Profil Hemostasis Penderita Leukemia Mieloid Akut Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015 – 2019
Leukemia was frequently found in recent decades, and one of the most common type of leukemia is acute myeloid leukemia. Acute myeloid leukemia can lead into serious hemostasis disorder caused by thrombocytopenia, fibrinolisis and even worst disseminated intravascular coagulation if untreated. The aim of this study was to evaluate the hemostasis profile of acute myeloid leukemia patient in Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital of Riau in 2015 to 2019. This was a descriptive study with the date obtained from medical records. There were 38 subjects fulfilled the inclusion criteria, consist of 23 (60.1%) male and frequently (36,8%) diagnosed in the 31-41 age group.The most common subtype among the patient was acute myeloblastic leukemia with minimal maturation (34,2%). Most of the patient (55.26%) showed prolonged prothrombin time. Temporary, the result for activated partial thromboplastin time test showed normal in most of the patient(73,68%). Almost all of the patient (94,73%) have decreased number of thrombocyte or called thrombocytopenia.
