Gambaran Hasil Pemeriksaan Patologi Anatomi Berdasarkan Teknik Bronkoskopi Untuk Diagnostik Kanker Paru Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2018-2019
Lung cancer is primary malignant airway epithelial tumor. Bronchoscopy is the main procedure to diagnose lung cancer. The purpose of this study was to obtain result of anatomic pathology examination based on bronchoscopic techniques for lung cancer diagnostics at Arifin Achmad General Hospital Riau Province. This research used descriptive retrospective study in anatomic pathology laboratorium archieve, bronchoscopy report books, and medical record archieve since January 2018-December 2019. There were 331 patients suspected of lung cancer who undergoing bronchoscopy, total bronchoscopy performed 380 times with the bronchoscopy sampling technique performed 685 times. Positive lung cancer found in 74 patients. Bronchoscopic sampling techniques performed with bronchial washing (55,03%), bronchial brushing (30,07%), forcep biopsy (5,4%) and TBNA (9,4%.) The most type of lung cancer was squamous cell carcinoma (11,3%). The most lesion located was in the right upper lobe (LAKa) with percentage (20,55%). Sampling techniques with forcep biopsy gave the highest results both in squamous cell carcinoma 13 patients (35,13%) and adenocarcinoma 4 patients (10,81%). The highest positive results with forcep biopsy (45,94%) and the lowest with bronchial washing (19,76%).
