Gambaran Trauma Ginjal Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015-2019

Renal trauma is injury of the kidney caused by various types of trauma. Renal trauma is the most occurs trauma of the urologic system. Approximately 85-90% of renal trauma are caused by blunt trauma which is usually caused by traffic accidents. The aim of this study is to determine the description of renal trauma in Arifin Achmad General Hospital Riau Province. The type of this research was descriptive retrospective by collecting renal trauma patient's medical records with 27 sample collected in 2015 until 2019. The result shows the most renal trauma patients were in the age group 17-25 years (33%), and a male predominance of patients (78%). The common cause is blunt trauma (96.3%). Hematuria is the most clinical manifestasion of renal trauma (74%). The highest grade of renal trauma is grade IV (37%). And the treatment of renal trauma is conservative (55%).
