Gambaran Pasien Artritis Reumatoid Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (Rsud) Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015-2019
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease, characterized by chronic systemic inflammation and progressive, with joints are the main target. Rheumatoid Arthritis can affect tissue damage, deformity, and death if not treated immediately. The etiology of RA is still unknown, this had to do with genetic factors and environmental. The purpose of this research to description of RA patients in the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Arifin Achmad Riau Province 2015 – 2019. The design of this study is a descriptive study with a retrospective approach that obtained secondary data from the medical records. The results showed that total cases of RA in Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Arifin Achmad Riau Province 2015 – 2019 was 55 cases with the more common in female 48 patients (87,3%) with most age group found was 46-55 years by 19 patients (34,5%) and the main complaints were joint pain by 47 patients (85,5%). Rheumatoid arthritis patients with laboratory examinations were found the most non-reactive rheumatoid factor (RF) levels by 20 patients out of 30 patients, levels of Anti-Citrullinated Protein Antybodies (ACPA) or Immunoglobulin G anti-Cyclic Citrulinated Protein (IgG anti-CCP) reactive by 3 patients out of 4 patients, Levels C-Reactive Protein (CRP) abnormal by 18 patients out of 21 patients and Levels Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) abnormal by 20 patients out of 23 patients. The results also showed that the most pharmacological therapy given was combination therapy of NSAIDs and corticosteroids, which was 23 patients (41,8%).
