Students with very high grades> 90, there are 19 students with a percentage of 26.38%. Writing an official letter is a skill and skill in writing, because when writing a good official letter it is necessary to pay attention to the systematic-systematic when writing an official letter. Knowledge, skills and systematic writing skills should be taken into account, because without this concept it is categorized as unable to write an official letter.
