This study aims to determine how much the relationship or correlation between: 1) achievement motivation and teacher performance; 2) job satisfaction with teacher performance; 3) achievement motivation and job satisfaction with teacher performance in junior high schools in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. This study uses a quantitative research design with independent variables consisting of achievement motivation (X1), and job satisfaction (X2). While the dependent variable is teacher performance (Y). The study population was 149 junior high school teachers in the District of Bangkinang Kota, and a sample of 109 people were determined by proportional random sampling. Data collection is done by using instruments. Analysis of the data used is using multiple linear regression analysis consisting of validity and reliability tests. Whereas to test the feasibility of a regression the classical assumptions were carried out and the entire analysis used SPSS 25.0. Based on the results of this data processing, the results of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship or correlation between achievement motivation and job satisfaction with teacher performance in junior high schools in the District of Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. Partial achievement motivation is positively and significantly related to teacher performance. This means that there is a direct relationship between achievement motivation and teacher performance. So if there is an effort to increase teacher achievement motivation often, then it could be that teacher performance will increase and conversely the lower the teacher achievement motivation, it can cause the lower performance of teachers in junior high schools in Bangkinang Kota District. There is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and teacher performance. The coefficient is positive and significant means that there is a relationship between job satisfaction with teacher performance. So if there is an effort to increase teacher job satisfaction, then it could be that the performance of teachers in junior high schools in the District of Bangkinang Kota will improve.
Achievement motivation and job satisfaction together are positively and significantly related to teacher performance. Judging from the significance value that simultaneously / together motivation for achievement and job satisfaction together has a significant effect on the performance of teachers in junior high schools in the District of Bangkinang Kota. Motivation possessed by the teacher shows an increase in performance, as well as feeling satisfied with the results of what has been done plus the award given in the form of an appropriate salary or other award from the leader makes an increase in performance. This means that motivation is the drive towards an outcome while satisfaction is the result that has been achieved or experienced. In other words, if teachers are satisfied with the treatment of school organizations, they will be motivated to work passionately and responsibly.

The magnitude of the relationship between the independent variable with the dependent variable are: (1) the magnitude of the relationship obtained between the achievement motivation variable and the teacher performance variable obtained by the R number (correlation coefficient) of 0.564 or 56.4%. So this value indicates that the variable of achievement motivation has a moderate relationship with teacher performance; (2) to see how much the relationship between the job satisfaction variable and the teacher performance variable, the R (correlation coefficient) obtained is 0.497 or 49.7%. So this value indicates that the variable job satisfaction has a moderate relationship to teacher performance; and (3) as for the multiple correlation number (R) of 0.635 which shows that the relationship between achievement motivation and job satisfaction on teacher performance in junior high schools in Bangkinang Kota District is at a high level. So the relationship between achievement motivation and job satisfaction together has a high relationship to teacher performance by 63.5%. Thus it can be concluded that the three hypotheses proposed in this study can be accepted, namely achievement motivation and job satisfaction individually or together have a positive and significant relationship.
