The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between school climate and the satisfaction of Keja with the work achievement of teachers. This research is a quantative study in Tualang District Siak Regency Year 2019
Education is one aspect of development and is also an absolute requirement to realize national development Therefore, education has a strategic position in all aspects of nation building, especially in the efforts of human resources development.
This research is conducted by collecting data through participants ' observation using interviews, observations, documents, and polls. Analysis that shows that there is a link between school climate and job satisfaction with teacher work achievement
From the results of the study showed that there was a positive relationship between school climate and work satisfaction with teacher work achievement. Both variables contributed to the work achievement of teachers in the district Tualang Siak Regency amounted to 68.8%. Then the better the school climate and work satisfaction is even better teacher work achievement.
The recommendation of this research is to improve the school's climate done by improving work satisfaction and teacher work achievement. For the school climate has a greater contribution in comparison with job satisfaction.
