With the rapid development of Pekanbaru City at this time it is necessary to attach the driving system that passes the road in the city of Pekanbaru, specifically to overcome the traffic congestion on the road HR Soebrantas Pekanbaru City, which resulted in high growth in vehicle volume exceeding the capacity of the road, where the level of road service limited in accordance with the class and width of the road and also carried out the behavior of the driver to obey traffic rules in accordance with applicable laws. This is also caused by congestion demographics are very dense population and social economic activities of people who often sell on the road and pavement, lack of orderly parking arrangements for vehicles located along the Jalan HR. Soebrantas Pekanbaru City caused traffic jams.
