Pengaruh Sertifikasi Profesi Guru Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Negeri Di Gugus Flamboyan Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota
The progress of a nation cannot be separated from the human resources possessed by that nation. The good and bad quality of existing human resources is a benchmark for the progress of a nation's development. The facilities that can affect the quality of human resources are influenced by whether the existing education system is good or not, this of course requires continuous efforts from both regional and central government to ensure the implementation of quality education for every citizen.
Various efforts have been made by the government in improving the quality of education, including arranging infrastructure, by changing and revising the curriculum several times, improving teacher quality through improving the quality of teacher education, providing various education and training or training to increasing teacher professional allowances in the sense of improving teacher welfare. . With the certification allowance, it is hoped that it can raise the motivation and performance of teachers in carrying out the learning process in schools and can also indirectly improve the quality of education.
Efforts to improve teacher quality have been made both by the government and by school institutions. Such as increasing the ability / mastery of various strategies or learning methods through various activities. The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of teacher professional certification and teacher work motivation on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Flamboyan cluster, Bangkinang Kota district.
Teacher certification is a process of acknowledging that a person has the competence to carry out educational services in a particular education unit, after passing a competency test conducted by a certification body (Mulyasa, 2012: 33-34). In addition, according to Suyanto (2008: 2) teacher certification is the process of granting certificates to teachers who have met the professional standards of teachers. Teachers who have received certification have a teaching qualification.
Work motivation is a driving force that is able to create enthusiasm for work by arousing, directing and working behavior and issuing a level of effort to contribute as much as possible to the success of the organization in achieving its goals (Hasibuan, 2008). Teacher performance is the output produced by functions. or indicators of a job or a profession within a certain time (Wirawan, 2008: 5).
This research was conducted at the Flamboyan Cluster State Elementary Schools in Bangkinang District, Kampar District. With a population of 63 teachers and a sample of 54 teachers who had received professional certification in SD Negeri

in Flamboyan cluster. Bangkinang City. The analysis used in this research is descriptive and inferential statistics, while the method of data analysis in this study uses multiple regression.
The results showed that teacher professional certification and work motivation had a positive effect on teacher performance by 0.477 or 47.7%, this indicates that there was a positive effect of teacher professional certification and work motivation on teacher performance simultaneously at SD Negeri in Flamboyan Cluster, Bangkinang District. City
