Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SD Negeri Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar
This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through Questionnaire Distribution. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. This research aims, 1) To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline together on the performance of teachers in SD Negeri Siak Hulu, 2) To find out and analyze the effect of work discipline partially on teacher performance in SD Negeri Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar , 3) To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation partially on the performance of teachers in SDN Siak Hulu Kabupaten. The research respondents were all teachers and principals in SD Negeri Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar The Based on the simple regression model equation, it can be seen that a constant of 49,244 means that when discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) are absent, teacher performance is still obtained at 49,244. While the effect of discipline (X1) with teacher performance (Y) is positive as evidenced from the results of 0.332 which means that every increase in teacher motivation one unit will be able to increase teacher performance by 0.332 units, and the effect of work motivation (X2) with teacher performance (Y) is positive as evidenced from the results of 0.301 which means that every increase in motivation of one unit of the teacher will be able to increase teacher performance by 0.301 units. Furthermore, based on the multiple regression equation, it can be seen that a constant of 47,551 means that when discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) are absent, teacher performance is still obtained at 47,551. While the influence of discipline (X1) with teacher performance (Y) is positive as evidenced from the results of 0.141 which means that each increase in discipline one unit will be able to increase teacher performance by 0.141 units, and the effect of work motivation (X2) with teacher performance (Y) is positive proven from the results of 0.486 which means that each increase in motivation of one unit of the teacher will be able to increase teacher performance by 0.486 units, 1) There is a significant influence between the variables of discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) together on teacher performance ( Y) in SD Negeri Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar, 2) There is a significant influence between the discipline variables (X1) on teacher performance (Y) in SD Negeri Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar, 3) There is a significant influence between the variables of work motivation (X2) on the performance of teachers (Y) in the Public Elementary School in SD Negeri Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar.
