Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Di Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of school leadership style and culture of organization to the performance of Elementary teachers in Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru. This research was conducted against 108 elementary school teachers in the district of Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru selected using proportional random sampling. This method of study uses a survey method with correlational technique. Tests on the instrument were conducted through the validity and reliability tests of product moment (Pearson) and Alpha-Cronbach. Data analysis requirements using population normality test with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Then the data obtained is analyzed with the correlation of product moment (Pearson) so there is a positive and significant influence between the school leadership style to the teacher's performance of 19.6% and there is a positive and significant influence between the organizational culture on teacher performance by 24.6%. Thus the influence between the school leadership style and organizational culture can improve teacher performance, so teacher performance is getting higher and can improve the quality of the school.
