The purposes of this research was studied and analyzed the effect of principal’s Managerial Competence and and supervision either simultaneously or partially on Teacher Performance at Primary school (SD) in Sail District Pekanbaru. The population of this study was 149 Teachers. The Sample size of this study totaly 100 Teachers. The sampling technique used Proposional random sampling. The type of data in this study is primary data sourced from Teachers of primary school in Sail District Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that principal managerial competence and supervision had a positive and significant effect toward on teacher performance either simultaneously or partially.
