ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the maintenance of
diesel power plants (PLTD) at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Tembilahan Riau Region
Branch in Tembilahan Parit Empat and to find out the company's policy in
maintaining diesel power plant (PLTD) maintenance at PT. PLN (PERSERO)
Tembilahan Riau Region Branch in Tembilahan Parit Empat. In this study, the
population was all mechanical parts employees as many as 30 people.
Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove
the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use Multiple
Regression Analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique
that has been selected is the census method (all 30 mechanical employees in PT.
PLN (PERSERO) Tembilahan Branch of Riau Region in Tembilahan Trench).
The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant influence
between the workforce on maintenance of care at PT. PLN (PERSERO)
Tembilahan Branch of Riau Region in Tembilahan 2 Trench 2) there is a
significant influence between supervision of treatment at PT. PLN (PERSERO)
Tembilahan Riau Region Branch in Tembilahan Parit Empat.
