This study aims to re-design and calculate the Budget Plan on the Austere type
of The Benison Cluster housing (121/144 m2). This Research uses the method of
literature study, field observation and interviews for data collection. The final
results of the study obtained a re-design on the Austere type of The Benison
Cluster housing (121/144 m2) with a Budget Plan of Rp. 640.667.000,00 (Six
Hundred Forty Million Six Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Rupiah). The price /
m2 in large is Rp 5.295.000,00 (Five Million Two Hundred Ninety Five Thousand
Rupiah) which is included 10%. the Value Added Tax (VAT).
