Manajemen Pembelajaran Berbasis Teaching Factory Di SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau
The objectives of this research are to analyze the planning, the organizing,
the actuating, and the controlling of the teaching factory at SMK Negeri
Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau. This research is a field research, which
means that the data is obtained by collecting field data using a qualitative
approach. Data is collected by documentation, interviews and observation
techniques.
The results obtained from this study are 1) Planning in the teaching factory
is initiated with a design of work programs refered to the vision and mission of
the school, as well as the management guidelines of the teaching factory program.
2) Organizing human resources involved in the SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu
Provinsi Riau teaching factory program consists of the responsibility of teaching
factory activities, the Head of Expertise Program, the Head of Workshop,
Secretary, Treasurer, Teachers and Students. In organizing production, there is
no written production schedule every day. Those who get the task to market the
product are a number of employees and teachers. 3) Implementation of
production pays attention to the the quality and quantity of the product, starting
from product procurement, processing, marketing, product pricing, to selling. 4)
Controlling of Human Resources in the implementation of teaching factory-based
learning is carried out by the Principal and Deputy of Curriculum. In term of
production supervision, it is not solely carried out by the head of the expertise
program, but the treasurer and executive officers also take part in supervising
production, while marketing supervision is also included.
