Strategi Komunikasi Badan Pengelola Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Riau Dalam Mensosialisasikan Aplikasi Riau Elektronik Sistem Aset Manajemen (RESAM)
The use of information technology by the government aims to provide information and services for the community. The development of information technology was applied by the Government of Riau Province by launching an Android-based application that was called RESAM.The study was conducted at the Regional Asset Financial Management Agency of Riau Province. This study focused on five things that were as research problem analysis, targets, media use, communication strategies, and communication evaluation conducted by BPKAD of Riau Province in disseminating RESAM Applications. Therefore, this study aims to find out the Communication Strategy of the Riau Province Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Socializing the Riau Electronic Application Asset Management System (RESAM).
This study took five informants. It was using descriptive qualitative as the research method. he data collection techniques used by researchers were observation, interviews and documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification.
The results of this study revealed that the built communication by the Resam Team at the Regional Asset Financial Management Agency is two-way or better known as two ways of communication. Two-way communication or two ways communication is a process of communication in which there is reciprocity (feedback) or response when a message is sent by the source or message provider to the recipient of the message. The built socialization was formal, in which all of OPD in Riau Province was the primary target, Forkopimda and the people of Riau in general. Asset transparency is a strong tagline for the Financial Management Agency and Regional Assets in establishing communication with the community. The media used in socializing Resam are: (1) Formal socialization, formal socialization is aimed specifically at regional government organizations (OPD), amounting to 39 OPD. (2) Advertising, i.e. Billboard, Standing Banner, Event / exhibition (3) Media Messages in the office environment, namely: Letterhead with Resam logo, Letter Envelope with Resam logo
