Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Kepala Sekolah Dasar Di Kota Dumai
This study aims to describe the influence of the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Work Loyalty of Primary School Principals in Dumai City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using the survey method with correlational resarch techniques. The research was conducted at the elementary school in Dumai City, Riau Province, with a total population of 107 school principals, which then carried out the sampling using the simple random sampling technique so that a sample of 85 people was obtained. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential statistics.
Based on the data analysis, it is proved that, there is an influence of the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on the Work Loyalty of the Primary School Principal in Dumai City, either partially or collectively. This research is expected to be useful for improving the Principal's Work Loyalty in carrying out their obligations.
