This study aims to determine the effect of the variable Emotional Intelligence,
Workload, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Nurses at Bhayangkara
Kindergarten Hospital. III Riau Riau Regional Police with 63 nurses as
respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method with the help
of SPSS (statistical package of social science) version 26. Based on the hypothesis
testing conducted showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence on
emotional intelligence, workload, and discipline on the performance of nurses at
Bhayangkara Kindergarten Hospital . III Riau Riau Regional Police, 2) there is a
positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on performance, 3)
there is a positive and significant influence of workload on performance, 4) there
is a positive and significant effect of discipline on performance.
