“Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Duta Dimensi Batam”
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Motivation and
Work Environment variables on Employee Performance. This research was
conducted on the employees of PT. Duta Dimensi Batam. In this study consisted of
4 variables one dependent variable and three independent variables. These
variables are Employee Performance (Y), Work Discipline (X1), Motivation (X2),
and Work Environment (X3). This research was conducted using the Slovin
method where the number of samples was 89 people. The analytical method used
is the testing of measuring instruments (Validity Test and Reliability Test),
successive interval method of quantitative descriptive analysis method, analysis of
partially and simultaneously multiple linear regression analysis with the help of
SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 20. Based on hypothesis
testing conducted , Research results show that Work Discipline has a positive and
significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect
on performance. Work Environment simultaneously influences Employee
Performance.
