Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Kejenuhan Kerja (Burnout) Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru Di Yayasan Pendidikan Cendana
Motivation is something that must be a concern, whether we work independently or even in a larger scope such as companies or educational institutions. With high motivation, someone can work optimally. The importance of maintaining work motivation in workers will also have a significant impact on the company’s goals. Teacher work motivation is a stimulus that exists in a teacher either from inside and outside, which can foster morale for teachers to achieve the targets given. A motivation is closely related or directly proportional to one's ideals. The higher of the person’s ideals, the higher the motivation in him to do. Teachers who have high motivation, certainly have a different mindset from the other teachers who have low or no motivation.
The results obtained, a student who were guided by teachers who had high motivation and those who were less motivated were clearly different. It can be said that motivation is the difference between being able to do and willing to do. Someone who does a job sincerely will have a good impact on their performance. Therefore, to maintain teacher’s performance in order to remain optimal, it is necessary to maintain the motivation of the teacher himself. Such as giving appreciation to outstanding teachers, providing a sense of security for these teachers and paying attention to the workload they carry. The success of a teacher in implementing learning cannot be separated from the workload it carries.
Based on the background, several problems can be formulated in this study as follows: 1) How is the work motivation of the teachers at the Cendana Education Foundation? 2) How is the workload of teachers at the Cendana Education Foundation? 3) What is the level of teacher work saturation at the Cendana Education Foundation? 4) Is there a significant effect of workload on teacher work motivation at the Cendana Education Foundation? 5) Is there a significant influence between job boredom and teacher work motivation at the Cendana Education Foundation? 6) Is there a significant influence between workload and work saturation on teacher work motivation at the Cendana Education Foundation?
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, namely the effect of workload and work saturation (burnout) on teacher work motivation at the Cendana Education Foundation. This study uses survey methodolgy by using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. A quantitative research with a population of 59 people. The sampling was done by proportional random sampling, in order to obtain the sample of 52 people. The data analysis technique was carried out in two stages: descriptive and inferential. Then, the data obtained were analyzed by regression analysis, regression coefficient and coefficient of determination. The results shows that there is a positive influence between workload and teacher work motivation by 30.4%. Subsequently, there is a negative influence between job boredom on teacher work motivation by 22.2%, and there is a joint influence between workload and work

saturation variables on work motivation by 45.7%. Thus, the influence of workload and work saturation variables on work motivation is in a moderate interpretation. There are several suggestions for teachers in the Cendana Education Foundation. It is necessary to improve individual skills, through seminars, workshops and being active in MGMP activities so that it will raise self-confidence and can reduce the feeling of boredom that comes to teachers. There needs to be an equal distribution of skills for teachers in order to carry out the workload given by the foundation, namely by re-creating training programs such as seminars, workshops, or collaborating with universities.
