Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Hasil Produksi Industri Makanan Kue Basah Di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to find out about the wet cake industry in Siak Hulu
District, Kampar in the aspect of production results. The study was conducted in
June 2020 involving 22 wet cake businesses. Primary research subjects are
twenty-two wet cake actors who have been running a wet cake business in a
relatively long time. Data collection methods used were observation,
questionnaire and documentation. By using multiple linear regression analysis
methods with SPSS tools. The results showed that the independent variables such
as capital (X1) cost of raw materials (X2) and labor costs (X3) affect the results of
the production of the wet cake food industry in Siak Hulu District, Kampar
Regency. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of capital, raw
material costs, and labor costs, on the results of the production of the sharpening
food industry in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency.
