Pengaruh Literasi Digital Dan Optimisme Terhadap Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Smp Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study raises research problems regarding: 1) is there a significant influence between digital literacy on the visionary leadership of junior high school heads in Pekanbaru City? 2) is there a significant influence between optimism on the visionary leadership of the head of SMP in Pekanbaru City? And 3) is there a significant influence between digital literacy and optimism together on the visionary leadership of junior high school heads in Pekanbaru City?
This study aims to analyze 1) the significant influence of digital literacy on the visionary leadership of junior high school heads in Pekanbaru City; 2) significant influence of optimism on the visionary leadership of junior high school heads in Pekanbaru City, and 3) significant influence of digital literacy and optimism together on the visionary leadership of junior high school heads in Pekanbaru City
This research was conducted using a survey method with a simple linear regression approach and multiple linear regression. The sample of this study was 105 people from 141 heads of state and private junior high schools in Pekanbaru City. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics which began with the classical assumption test.
The results showed a significant influence between digital literacy on visionary leadership, a significant influence between optimism on visionary leadership and a significant influence between digital literacy and optimism together on visionary leadership. The results of this study can be concluded that the better the digital literacy of the head of SMP in Pekanbaru City, the better the visionary leadership, likewise the better the optimism of the head of SMP in Pekanbaru City, the better the visionary leadership, as well as when together. This research is expected to be useful for improving and enhancing digital literacy competencies and optimism of school principals so that the visionary leadership of principals will have a significant effect on the development of education in schools.
