Pengaruh Manajemen Layanan Dan Self Confidence Terhadap Kinerja Guru Bimbingan Konseling Di SMA Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service management and self-confidence on the performance of counseling guidance teachers in SMA Kota Pekanbaru. The population of this study were the counseling guidance teachers in Pekanbaru city high school, amounting to 85 counseling guidance teachers in Pekanbaru city high school. The sample in this study amounted to 70 counseling guidance teachers in SMA Kota Pekanbaru. Sampling in this study was carried out using simple random sampling technique, because the sampling of the population was carried out randomly without paying attention to the strata in this population. The types of data from this study are primary data for service management variables and self-confidence variables obtained from teachers using questionnaires and secondary data for teacher performance variables using PKG scores for counseling guidance teachers in SMA Kota Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using path analysis with the help of SPSS.
The results of the study obtained a significant influence between service management on teacher performance. In addition, there is a significant influence between self-confidence on teacher performance, and together the results of this study can be concluded that the better service management and teacher self-confidence, the better the performance of the counseling guidance teacher. This research is expected to be useful as an improvement or increase in the professional competence of a teacher in carrying out his duties as an educator in school
