Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Dan Komitmen Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMP Negeri Sekecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of variables (1) academic supervision on teacher performance, (2) teacher commitment to teacher performance, (3) academic supervision and teacher commitment together on teacher performance. Research respondents were 110 teachers of SMP Negeri Senapelan Subdistrict, totaling 110 people with a sample of 86. The data was collected through questionnaires as a research instrument. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Alpha Cronbach formula.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between academic supervision on teacher performance of 0.648, and there was a positive and significant influence between teacher commitment to teacher performance of 0.565. Meanwhile, together there is an effect of academic supervision and teacher commitment to teacher performance of 0.668.
