Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Dan Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak
This studyaims to find outaboutthe influence ofindependent
variableswithdependentvariables.(1)Interpersonalcommunicationand
supervisionbyschoolprincipalsontheperformanceofteachersofSMP
NegeriinSungaiApitDistrict.(2)Interpersonalcommunicationonthe
performance ofteachers ofSMP Negeriin SungaiApitDistrict.(3)
Supervisionofschoolprincipalsontheperformanceofstatejuniorhigh
schoolteachersinSungaiApitsub-district.Throughthedistributionof
instrumentsto85teachersoftheSMPNegeriinSungaiApitsub-district
usingproportionalrandom samplingtechniques.Theinstrumentusedto
collectdataaboutteacherperformance,interpersonalcommunication,
andsupervisionofschoolprincipalsusingaquestionnaire.Item validity
was tested using the Pearson productmomentformula forteacher
performance variables,interpersonalcommunication,and academic
supervision.Theinstrumentreliabilitycoefficientwascalculatedusingthe
CronbachAlphaformula.
Theresultsshowedasignificantinfluencebetween(1)interpersonal
communication and supervision of school principals on teacher
performance by 44.6%,(2)interpersonalcommunication on teacher
performanceby5.9%,(3)supervisionofschoolprincipalsonteacher
performanceby259%.
