This study aims to describe the effect of the Principal's leadership and work motivation on the commitment of MTS teachers in the Tampan sub-district of Pekanbaru City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using survey methods with correlational techniques (correlational resarch). The data collection technique used was a questionnaire (questionnaire). Analysis of the data used is descriptive and inferential statistics.
Based on the analysis of the data it is known that, there is an influence of the Principal's leadership and Work Motivation on the Commitment of MTS Teachers in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City, both partially and jointly. This research is expected to be useful for improving teacher work commitments in carrying out their obligations.
