Analisis Pengaruh Upah Minimum, Investasi, Dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Di Provinsi Riau Tahun 2005-2019

This research aims to analyze the effects of minimum wages, investments
and government expenditures on labor absorption at Riau Province in 2005-2019.
This research uses secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau Statistic
Riau Province and Investment Agency and The One Stop Integrated Services Riau
Province. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear
regression analysis. The result showed partially minimum wage have a positive
and significant effect on labor absorption, investments have a negative and
insignificant effect on labor absorption and government expenditure have a
positive and insignificant effect on labor absorption at Riau Province in 2005-
2019. The most dominant factor affecting labor absorption is minimum wage
variable. Simultaneously the minimum wage, investment, and goverment
expenditure had a significant effect on labor absorption 97,7%.
