Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Dan Price Discount Terhadap Shopping Emotion Dan Impulse Buying Behavior Pada Konsumen Ace Hardware Living World Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere and Price
Discount on Shopping Emotion and Impulse Buying Behavior on ACE Hardware
Living World Pekanbaru consumers. The primary data is obtained using
questionnaires, filled directly by the consumers of ACE Hardware Living World
Pekanbaru concerned either directly or online. Analytical technique used in this
study is partial least square (PLS) analysis with the help of SmartPLS software
ver. 3.0. The sample in this study amounted to 105 people who have made
unplanned purchases product at ACE Hardware Living World Pekanbaru.
The results showed that all hypothesis is accepted. Store Atmosphere has a
direct influence on Shopping Emotion amounted to 0,410, Price Discount has a
direct influence on Shopping Emotion amounted to 0.423, Store Atmosphere has a
direct influence on Impulse Buying Behavior amounted to 0.328, Price Discount
has a direct influence on Impulse Buying Behavior amounted to 0,298, and
Shopping Emotion has a direct influence on Impulse Buying amounted to 0.272. It
is important for the retailer to ensure that the application of the Price Discount
and Store Atmosphere has done well and right so that the future can consistently
create Emotional Shopping and can make consumers make Impulse Buying
purchases when visiting ACE Hardware Living World Pekanbaru.
